Pastors Don and Susan Nordin have been lead pastors for more than thirty years. Their first church was a small rural ministry opportunity with about fifteen people. Pastors Don and Susan are now the lead pastors of CT Church in Houston, TX. CT Church is a metropolitan church of approximately 2,000 people. In twelve years of ministry at CT Church, they have successfully transitioned from a board led church to a pastor led church.

Effective Church Structures Seminars are designed to teach pastors and board members the Scriptural structure of the church in the Book of Acts. The only Biblical church model is a pastor led church! In this seminar, staff members, board members, and other church leaders are taught that they are to implement the Pastor’s vision.

The host church is responsible for travel, lodging, and meals for pastors Don and Susan, as well as one traveling companion.
